Holding an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and a Bankers SL qualification, Nerush combines her extensive financial expertise with exceptional organizational skills to ensure our clients experience a stress-free journey from settlement to handover.
Nerush specializes in liaising between solicitors, clients, and builders to ensure contracts are executed smoothly. She diligently oversees clients’ finances to guarantee settlements are on track, paving the way for construction to commence without delay. Additionally, she manages progress draws with precision, ensuring timely execution to protect clients from late payment penalties.
Going above and beyond, Nerush assists clients in arranging external inspectors and coordinates inspections to facilitate a flawless handover process. Her unwavering commitment to excellence makes her an invaluable part of the No8 team, helping clients turn their property dreams into reality.
